Paolo Conticini, an Italian actor and TV host whose photos are used by scammers
Paolo Conticini was born in Pisa, Italy, on January 10, 1969. After several odd jobs, he started acting at 23, both in films and in TV movies.
On television, he is known for playing police commissioner Gaetano Berardi in the seven seasons of “Provaci ancora prof” between 2005 and 2017. He has also co-hosted the Zecchino d’Oro music festival several times.
Many appearances on Italian television
In 2011, he played in the miniseries “Come un delfino” and in the series “Un medico in famiglia”. In 2012, he took part in “Tale e quale show”. In 2020, he won the 15th edition of “Ballando con le Stelle” with the dancer Veera Kinnunen, and in 2022 the third season of “Il Cantante mascherato”.
Scammers have used his photos to create fake profiles on dating sites. They have stolen the photos of other Italian actors too, in particular Flavio Montrucchio, Francesco Monte and Maurizio Aiello.
The scammers try to seduce women in order to convince them to send money, then disappear once they have received it. Other stolen photos: photos used by scammers.
